SHIPPING AND RETURNS INFORMATION

Videos within the United States are shipped either first class mail or parcel post via the US Postal Service. Signature confirmation is included, so all shipped videos MUST be signed for so we can guarantee delivery of your shipment.

One Video - $5.99
Each Additional Video - $1.00

Videos purchased by international customers are also shipped via the US Postal Service. However, due to the transfer of possession between governments, at this time we cannot provide tracking numbers for those shipments. We can make arrangements to ship through UPS if you prefer, but note that shipping prices will be considerably higher.

Each Additional Video - $1.00

Because AeraDeco Video is part of Aeration Decorations, a full service balloon decorating, delivery and entertainment company, shipments will go out as quickly as possible. Every attempt will be made to get your shipment out within 48 hours of your purchase, but please note that there are times when this may not be possible.

In the event that a shipment is going to be delayed for any reason, AeraDeco Video will notify you of the issue and offer you options, including a refund if applicable.

In addition, any period of shipping black-out dates will be posted on our website in advance (such as vacations or extremely busy periods.)

RETURNS: Please note that AeraDeco Video does NOT accept returns with the exception of malfunctioning DVDs. In the event that it is determined that a replacement DVD is needed and is to be shipped out, it will be a replacement copy of the same video and NOT another selection.

Replacement copies will only be shipped out once the malfunctioning DVD has been returned to AeraDeco Video. In addition, return claims MUST be made within thirty (30) days of purchase. Any returns after thirty days are at the sole discretion of AeraDeco Video.

ADV reserves the right to refuse a return claim if it appears that the malfunction may be a result of abuse, neglect or mistreatment by the purchaser.

Also, please note that AeraDeco Video will only replace copies purchased directly from AeraDecoVideo.com. Returns or exchanges on videos purchased through wholesale outlets will need to be handled directly with the wholesaler. AeraDeco Video will not provide any refund or return on any video purchased through a wholesale or vending source.

REFUNDS: AeraDeco Video does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances once the DVD order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the order has been shipped.
